Fantastic agent

Met Andrew at a Parnell property 2 years ago and despite that deal not going through we kept in contact because I felt he would be the agent for my own property. There's a lot of agents around and so choosing one is not an easy task. Andrew and the team did a great job in giving me advice on marketing staging etc to ensure I have the best chance of selling in what is a depressed market. The result is that we had significant number of groups through our open homes. The team made selling the house a very fun and positive experience. He was honest about what to expect and his predictions and he worked with the right buyers on auction day to achieve a result.
