We are incredibly grateful to Team Elite (Sumit & Andrew) for helping us buy our first home. As first-home buyers, the whole process felt quite overwhelming , but having them by our side made a huge difference. They were patient, honest, responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. They didn’t just help us find a property, but they genuinely looked after our interests, identified our lifestyle needs and showed us few properties around our preferred areas. Some were overpriced then their values, and some were undervalued due to issues. All these meant a lot and a lot of the real-estate jargon was completely new to us, but Team Elite made it simple and easy to understand. They negotiated on our behalf, and helped us through all the little issues and technical details that we didn’t know how to deal with. They acknowledged the queries from our solicitors, mortgage advisors, vendor's agents and their solicitors, etc. and assisted us in responding to them. During the building and pre-purchase inspections, they even picked up on a few things that the inspector hadn’t noticed. That made a real difference when it came to negotiating the price. What meant the most to us was knowing we could call them whenever we had a question, even outside normal hours, and they would always help. Buying a property can be stressful, but Sumit and Andrew made us feel supported and confident throughout. Andrew helped us not only buying a house but also helped us with all of our questions and worries he had the knowledge to help us and assist us anytime.
