I can honestly say we had lost all hope of owning our dream home. Making a call to our estate agent, Andrew Blewett to tell him we could not meet conditions on an accepted offer, Andrew and his wife literally jumped into action and within half an hour secured us with a mortgage broker who saw our first application at the bank was not done correctly.
