Really as per the title - Andrew communicated clearly and strongly with us and prospective buyers. That clarity and vision helped navigate things well for us but also helped shift potential buyers who were sitting on the fence into clearer positions and secured us a sale rapidly where things had gone slower before Andrews involvement.
