Andrew has been unfailingly positive and professional throughout the process. In a falling market it has been a stressful time but Andrew made it as painless as it could possibly be. If I could give him more stars than five I wouldn't hesitate to do so. He and his team have been fantastic. We got the best price we could in the present market due to his diligence and hard work. I absolutely and unequivocally recommend Andrew and his team.

Andrew was genuine help in navigating a difficult move. Offering advice and insights when asked, liasing with all parties to ensure everyone was informed, even providing a lift when needed. He went above and beyond to provide excellent service.

Andrew was a very helpful, patient and understanding agent throughout the whole process. He was incredibly kind and very good dealing with my elderly grandma who needed more help than the average buyer of understanding the whole sale. Would highly recommend Andrew to anyone for selling or buying and doesn't matter the age of the client, he is amazing to work with for all different ages. I would definitely work with Andrew in the future. Thank you Andrew!

Andrew is professional, friendly, and wonderful to work with. He made the entire process easy and it was clear that he's very familiar with the market and really knows his stuff. 10/10 would wholeheartedly recommend.

Andrew was very helpful, he and Chris answered my questions promptly and explained the process to me as we went.

Andrew did a good job to get the deal across the line from start to finish. Not an easy deal to navigate but hung in there helped get it across the line. Always answered phone or rang me back - I'd use him again.

Andrew was very good, he new what we wanted and pointed us in the right direction.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Andrew negotiating our purchase. His professional advice and help was greatly accepted. He made us feel at ease with his great communication and friendly laughter which is what we needed during a difficult time. A true professional, thanks Andrew.

Andrew operated in a professional capacity for both Vendor and Purchaser, with us the purchaser, feeling like we had good communication and movement between parties.

We first met Andrew as buyers. We so enjoyed our experience working with him that we wanted him on the other side when we chose to sell our house because we knew he would make the new buyers just as comfortable as he made us. Andrew is a great communicator, approachable, warm, genuine and someone you can trust - what more could you want in an agent ! Highly recommend

I felt at ease with Andrew from the first meeting. He gave advice with all the pros and cons on everything I asked about, he listened to my criteria for selling and we had a plan that both of us liked and agreed upon. I liked that he kept in touch regularly and I was also sent the information weekly with the figures of those looking on the web sites. Andrew knows his stuff and his experience shows when he talks with you. Thanks Andrew, I would recommend you 100%

We can't thank Andrew enough for the time and patience that he showed with us while selling our home. We loved that he was always upfront, never hid anything from us, and made the time to meet with us to answer all our questions. Kept us motivated, even when the market was down, Andrew got us through. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody looking to sell a home!
