Andreas manner was so lovely. We had tenants on the property and she was so friendly and respectful of us all and the property which is a 3.6 hectare lifestyle block. Her market and area knowledge and her gentle spirited professionalism was what encouraged us to give her and Harcourts Kumeu the listing and we were so happy with the outcome. Andrea teamed up with another colleague, Debs Wallace from Harcourts Milford, who was bubbly, full of energy, professional and also very respectful. They were a great team with strengths that complimented each other. Having them both working for us as the seller widened the scope of buyers and Debs had the buyer and sold the property in three days! They were both very communicative and full of positivity.
