Andrea knew the market and appraised my property accurately. She worked extremely hard with all she did .. following up buyers .. explaining feedback and helping with a consent issue that occurred during the marketing process. She was enthusiastic and warm yet I trusted her guidance implicitly. We sold on auction day for a great price due to her skill as an agent and her excellent negotiation skills.
