She was always there at the end of the phone to guide me and often the calls were very long but this was never a problem for her. She subtly steered me away from properties with too many issues by letting me draw my own conclusions from the information she provided. From our first our contact, Andrea was pleasant and obliging. Our situation was different to most, as we were overseas at the time and all our contact has been by email and telephone. We received the sellers/purchasing information early and that gave us an opportunity to decide if we wanted to progress the process. Andrea’s phone manner is very pleasant, and we related to her easily. She does not have a ‘pushy’ nature and that suited us. Her knowledge of the property and her client was thorough and she appeared to be open and transparent with us throughout. There were some complications in the process when it came time for us to make an offer, but Andrea kept us up to date with the changes in the status of the property and our offer process went along nicely, even if it was by telephone and emails. Andrea worked in well with a family member who was able to do a physical viewing on our behalf and during a pre settlement walk through after the sale had been completed. We were very happy to work with Andrea and we hope that we will be able to met her face to face in the near future.

Andrea worked with me to buy my first home through to putting in the offer and negotiating price and issues during the conditional period.
