Helpful, Efficient & Knowledgeable

It concerns me that no matter what I write about Andrea and Celeste it will fall far short of describing how amazingly helpful and approachable, and how efficient and knowledgeable they were in the process of selling a house that was fraught with problems. In Andrea and Celeste's case they went out of their way to help, to the point of physically lending a hand in preparing the property for an open home, as well as offering sound advice on what to do to make the property more appealing. They went far beyond the call of duty or what we expected of an agent. Their policy was to 'do as they would be done by', and this in the face of a whole set of difficult circumstances for which we will always be grateful. In such circumstances they were a stabilising force and had the experience and knowledge to suggest solutions which we were only too relieved to adopt. All in all they guided us through the process of selling and in a way which made it fun. They kept us constantly informed of how the sale was progressing and what each person viewing the property thought. We were particularly impressed with their policy of transparency and honesty, their skills in communicating and establishing a friendly, trusting relationship with us as clients.
