Very good agent is knowledgeable and professional

We recently asked Andre to sell 2 properties for us - our rental and our home. Each time we found Andre to be very knowledgeable about the Glenfield market, what had been selling and why. He gave excellent advice on what work we needed to do before going to market. His advice on the best way to market and sell each house was professional and considered. The staging company he recommended staging company made both houses look fantastic. Each week we would get a summary of the groups that had been to the open homes. We received very good tender offers for both properties. One of them hit a bump after the building report came back and Andre’s contacts and expertise at dealing with the buyers demands helped to resolve a very stressful situation. Good suggestion on method of sale. As advised Tender seem to be the good method together with writing a personal letter to the buyers. Interested bidder even sent us their personal letter in response to my letter.
