As this was the first time I have used a real estate agent I needed the process to be made simple and understandable. Ana has blown all expectations out of the water. The way in which She communicated all options and possible consequences was clear and never opinionated. The Results spoke for themselves! the outcome at the auction was way beyond our reserve price we expected and with the decision to bring the auction forward and an prompt settlement date meant the whole process from listing to money in the bank was no more than a few weeks!. I would recommend Ana to anyone looking for any kind of real estate advice. I certainly will be using Ana again She is friendly, approachable and has been concerned about me as a person which due to my circumstances has been incredibly appreciated.
