On a phone call to Jess to view the property (I was eventually fortunate enough to purchase) I found Jess to be most helpful, with her vendors best interest foremost in her mind and reply to me. Jess was most accommodating on a request for a second viewing and obliging with her time together with answering my questions. Jess was available by email, txt and phone and was prompt with her responses - there was no lag time she had everything at her finger tips. Even with her frantic schedule Jess made time for me to meet at her office to go over everything step by step. Jess understands this is the biggest outlay of funds a person(s) is ever going to make therefore is meticulous in her dealings. Such a pleasure and a blessing to have found Jess. Jess and Ollie marketed and sold my property for me while I was in Christchurch and busy with work. We met together and got a plan going and all the way along they worked with me to help resolve the smaller things that made a difference to getting the property sold. We had a tenant who lived in the property at the time and they were very respectful of them and worked well with communicating and getting the best outcome for all parties. When I first listed my property I interviewed a number of agents and felt Jess and Ollie had the right attitude and approach and would best engage with prospective clients and that proved to be correct. We sold the property for a good price and more importantly got the home into the right persons hands. After we had sold it we had a long settlement period and during that time Ollie and Jess visited the property on a regular basis and even kept the pool vacuumed and clean.
