From the first meeting until the sale of our property, Amy was a consumate professional. Her attention to detail is second to none - from dressing the house for photos to blowing leaves before open homes, we knew that our house was in great hands and that Amy always had our best interests at heart. After our initial meeting, Amy came up with a detailed marketing proposal and write up of our house which she presented back to us in a manner no other agent did. We trusted her process and strategy and achieved a fantastic end result with an undconditional sale in only 9 days. We also had a number of changes to our timings between signing the agency agreement and actually listing the property (due to shifting build schedules on our new home). We delayed our listing on 3 separate occasions - none of this was ever a problem for Amy and she was more than happy to accommodate us.
