Wow - how lucky were we to find Amy during our hunt for a new home?! We made the decision to move to the Bay from Northland right before the country was put into lockdown. We had thought we would be spending weekends travelling south to look at open homes and getting a feel for suburbs, instead we were stuck in the North, viewing properties online and getting frustrated by unreturned calls and emails to agents. The market was moving fast, so we found that we were missing out on properties simply because we weren't there and we had no one looking after our interests in the area. So when we were introduced to Amy, we thought all our dreams had come true. She very quickly understood what we were looking for and had a great feel for the way our family likes to 'live'. She was invaluable with advice around suburbs, schools, commute times and what the market was doing. She gave us great information about things that were happening in the areas we were looking in, tips and gems of info about things that would suit us and our children. Most importantly she was representing us and making sure we were seeing the right properties quickly. It took us a few months, however Amy very patiently continued working with us until the right one came on the market and then helped us to move very quickly to buy it. We are thrilled with the property we have ended up in and absolutely love the area - which Amy had suggested to us right from the start. We had been looking for a specific type of property for a while and we’re getting disheartened. Amy made it her priority to let us know about great properties early in their release which saw us secure our dream home.

We met Amy through an open home viewing. She was attentive, but not pushy. We liked her energy. We then started our search for property at The Mount remotely while being locked down in Auckland - scary not to be there for a life choice of such significant size. Amy did virtual viewings online for us, using video - she walked through houses we’d chosen to view - poking and prodding things we asked her to, spotting and pointing out things we didn’t see, and answering our questions either at the time or in a quick follow up once she’d got the detail. We felt so confident with Amy that we trusted her to bid for us at auction, buying a property that I had never set physical feet in! Amy is great at her job. Authentic and helpful, she builds trust and good relationships. We wouldn’t hesitate to engage Amy again, although now we have bought (with her guidance and help) it may be a fair few years before we will sell! We wish her all the very best.
