At the end of January 2024 I listed with Amy Eyles a section for sale in the new development of Wai-iti, Blenheim. At that time many sections there were on the market. Amy suggested I take a premium package, which I did. There were two initial nibbles, that she followed up, then a gap. In April there was an offer, later withdrawn, then two offers, one of which resulted in a successful sale. Amy was approachable, and cheerful throughout the process, and pleasant to deal with.

Amy and Jodi are two genuinely caring people. I felt truly supported, and that my needs were completely understood. I had total confidence from the very beginning. To say these ladies go the extra mile, would be an understatement! I was amazed at their creativity and commitment to selling my home. Their knowledge and experience shone thru, demonstrating the Professionalism that comes with competency gained through many years in the industry. I am so pleased that I chose Amy and Jodi, the potentially stressful time of selling was made some much easier, with nothing being a problem or a hassle. The whole process was simple yet very effective. I found the whole Harcourts team very respectful and invested.

Jodi was a great help for my first home purchase! She guided me through the whole process. She arranged a private viewing on Sat morning, and I signed the offer by noon. She negotiated with the vendor and updated me that night. She was clear and patient with me, even though we had little time. That was a good experience buying a house with Jodi's assistance.

Easy going and great communication. Would recommend Amy. Answered all our questions and worked hard to find the right buyer for us. Made us all (kids and dog included) feel at ease :-)

Amy was very friendly, positive, and enthusiastic to deal with. She tried to make it as easy as possible for us to sell our house, we lived in another region so she offered to do things that meant we didnt need to come over every time something needed doing. She communicated regularly with us; letting us know each week how many people viewed the house. She and Jodi made our old house look modern inside with their styling & staging skills.
