I usually find something to complain about when it comes to dealing with agents. I have high standards and am not the easiest vendor to deal with my stubbornness and won’t settle or seccumb to pressure. Amrit exceeded my expectations on every level. He was calculative when it came to marketing our property, targeting buyers and converting them. He worked hard every step of the way, updating us when needed. He minimised the effort needed from us by pre qualifying our buyers so that we were only cleaning/setting up for open homes for those buyers who were serious. He has a proactive approach in dealing with his listings and won’t sit back and wait for people to approach him. He has a plan A B and C which I appreciated. I trusted him totally in the process and would be very happy to highly recommend him to anybody considering leaving your biggest asset in the hands of someone else.
