I thought I'd write this review of our experience with Amit. - As he definitely deserves it. (1) Amit values the Sale price for the vendor above his commission. This means he will lose half his commission if he has to get you the best price, which is rare these days, - For instance, if we had gone with a typical real estate agent, we would have got about 82k Less our house. - This is because most agents from my experience want to protect their commission, especially in this market when houses sell so fast. - But not Amit - his loyalty is to his clients not himself - This is why - I'll be recommending him in a heartbeat to Friends and Family. (2) Even after selling our House Amit managed to efficiently organize us to go unconditional faster with our vendors so we could bid at a last-minute auction that we thought we were going to miss. - (We ended up buying this house) - & wouldn't have been able to without Amits support (3) last but not least. - The level of personalized service he provides. - I think you will struggle to match this.
