Amelia helped the reviewer sell this property

Outstanding service from Amelia

Wow. ...And what a ride. We decided to list our property with Amelia and boy are we pleased we did. Amelia walked us through the many requirements of selling a property in a very professional manner She talked to us about the options available to promote the property, one being a video. We were blown away with the result and attribute this high end video with the resulting sale as well as her wonderful manner with prospective buyers. As soon as it hit the market Amelia was ringing to organise viewings before the scheduled open home. Our first offer arrived the first night and after several more private viewings more offers and the decision to sell within 35 hours of going live. The process was made so easy Our only regret ... no open homes in which Amelia could gain the exposure to other prospective clients who would certainly value Amelia's expertise. Such an easy journey, made extra special by a young lady with a gift for selling. Thank you Amelia. And your wonderful team at Matson and Allan Real Estate.
