Amelia helped us locate our new house by listening to our wishlist of attributes and highlighting this one that had been on the market for a while and no longer had photos in the paper - I'm not sure how long it would have taken us to find it otherwise and we might have missed out in the end if she hadn't put us on to it then, as there were others also putting offers in when we did.
