I recently bought a home with Amelia Hermens, and the experience was outstanding. Amelia was professional, and truly cared about my needs. Her excellent communication and responsiveness made the process smooth and stress-free. Friendly and approachable, Amelia went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Thank you for providing as much support as you can.

Amelia was very responsive and considerate of our requirements. She was pleasant to deal with though the whole process and helped us with a lot of first home buyer questions.

Amelia was very easy to communicate and fast to get back any questions that we had as we are the first home buyer there’s so much that we didn’t know.

As a first home buyer, Amelia was really supportive and she made the whole process a lot less stressful for me. She is very knowledgeable, approachable, friendly and extremely helpful! She made me feel like no question was stupid and she was very responsive. Super happy with the help I’ve received to buy my new home 😊

Very happy with the experience working with Amelia selling our Home. She worked hard for us to get the deal over the line! Grateful for the time spent and knowledge she has and was always available to answer any queries we had selling. Looking foward to working with her again in the future if we need to sell a home again 😊

I felt a little nervous about buying in a deadline sale but Amelia made the purchase as stress-free as possible. She answered questions and provided expert answers promptly. She has continued to support us after the sale went through. She has taken questions and requests from us promptly to the vendors which has made the period before possession so much easier for us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Amelia.

Amelia was extremely helpful going through the buying process as I’m from the US and was unfamiliar with the New Zealand sales process. Post the auction and prior to settlement, she answered my texts promptly and contacted the seller if needed to get answers to questions.

Amelia was welcoming and friendly. She was always very responsive, made herself available and followed-up promptly.

Amelia was fantastic to deal with. She was always very communicative and kept us up to date. We appreciated her advice as to how to achieve the best outcome in the market. The entire Hermens Group was amazing. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed working with Amelia to sell our house! Even with a buyers market and tight time pressure, she made the process smooth and less stressful. Amelia was super approachable and always there to answer our questions. She really worked with us to get a result we were happy with. We highly recommend her and The Hermens Group to anyone looking for a dedicated and friendly real estate agent.

We have been working with Amelia on what has been the long, drawn-out process of selling our home. From start to finish Amelia was awesome to work with. Her communication was top-notch and she helped us work through the challenges that arose along the way. We are very happy with the whole experience and thank Amelia for everything she has done for us.

As a first home buyer the process seemed daunting. Amelia was able to ease our stress and create a great experience for us! She was approachable, responsive and attentive to our needs.
