Amar did well and stayed the course through our marketing campaign - successfuly selling our property in 3 months. It was a difficult market. We purchased and built at the peak and sold during a period of over supply. We, from our perspective, did the best we could in the circmstances and it wasn't his fault that we didn't make any money on the property. We were lucky to sell when we did other wise with more properties and sections coming on line, we stood to attract lower offers the more time went on.
