With this new price drop, instantly our property became more desirable for prospective buyers and we sold it within the week getting the price we listed it for. Amanda worked tirelessly for us, determined to sell our property while fetching us the best possible price we could get. I must also add that she gained us $250,000 more than what another real estate agent was willing to market our property for. Amanda is an amazing agent who will put her best foot forward in selling your property. We wouldn't hesitate to have her again if the opportunity arose as she not only managed to sell our property, but got us the best asking price possible.
