A surprise after what I had been told about Land Agents. I had been told to be aware of their words as they didn't always match their actions. Well was I in for a surprise ! Here was a young man keen to impress yes but still keen to be honest. What a friend he turned out to be. Over coffee and scones we discussed the sale of my property. He showed interested parties around and explained the to them all they wanted to know. I met many interested people and was able to add to his knowledge. This young man has such a pleasant personality and keeness to learn and improve his ability to sell.
