Aman's market knowledge was excellent, you always want to have comparisons on similar properties to get an understanding of what to expect for your property. Aman had a great understanding of current property prices and examples to back it up. Aman's communication was fantastic, with lots happening throughout the process of selling our house and buying another, Aman kept us up to date throughout the process. Quick phone calls with updates as they occurred so no surprises. Aman was professional and friendly throughout, he brought a great enthusiasm to the process. He wanted to know what we hoped to get for our house and then far exceeded our expectations in the final result. The same can be said for the house we purchased. We sat down and told Aman what we were looking for (size, price, area etc) and he only showed us houses with those criteria so not mucking around or wasting our time on properties that didn’t suit. This made the process quick and simple.

After initially meeting Aman for a non committal property appraisal I was taken by his positivity and energy. The price that he thought achievable at day one was the price we got. One I was not unhappy with. Well done Aman.

After lots of looking and stressful few months, not being able to find the right place and running short of time - Aman appeared!
