We invited Jamie and one other agent to appraise the house we had for sale, we did this as we were limited for time. It was 10 Days before we flew overseas for months holiday. To complicate matter the house was owned in trust with a trustee in another part of NZ. Jamie provided the appraisal and the level of detail and depth of data provided won him the listing.
