We have had an awesome experience with Team Barakat and would absolutely recommend them to our friends and family! Cory helped us to search for a house for a good few months before we eventually found our place. He found listings, arranged viewings, shared knowledge and insight, and was there for us constantly - we were messaging almost daily at some points and he was always responsive and helpful. Honestly don't know if we would have found our place without his help as his insight into pricing, suburbs, building materials and the market was invaluable. On top of that he was friendly, professional and so easy to deal with throughout it all. When we eventually found the house we bought, Jamie was looped in. Both Cory and Jamie were incredibly responsive, helpful and knowledgeable and made us feel supported. The process involved price negotiation and they kept us updated throughout. We really couldn't have asked for better! The house is beautiful and was represented really well by the team. We couldn't be happier with our new slice of paradise. Thank you so much guys!

We were very impressed with how quickly he was able to create a document package for us with all the info about houses that had sold in the area.
