All I can say is if you want your house listed with the best agent, contact Jamie. You won't be disappointed. In a tough and busy market, Jamie worked hard to achieve a great result for our family. All the while he was cool, calm and collected despite the many challenges we kept throwing in along the way. Thanks Jamie, we so appreciate all your hard work, communication and support.

Enjoyed my experience working with Jamie to prepare and secure a sale for my property. I would recommend Jamie and Lugtons for their excellence.

Jamie was an awesome real estate agent and we are very glad we chose him to market our property. He's down to earth and knowledgeable and was prompt with his communication. He helped us to get a sale on our property and also secure a new family home for us with a quick settlement. Amazing result given the current market. We would recommend him to anyone looking to sell. 😊

Jamie has restored our faith in real-estate agents. Prior to listing with Jamie we had a bad experience with another company and had considered privately listing our house. Jamie was very professional, gave great recommendations and operated with a high level of honesty and integrity. Jamie had our house under offer within 4 days of listing and sold for what we wanted in a tough market. We are looking forward to working with him again in the future. Thanks so much Jamie, you're an absolute legend!

Jamie has been an absolute dream to work with, after dealing with multiple agents in Hamilton his expertise and professionalism was leaps and bounds ahead of the rest. He truly is the best at what he does and we will always recommend him moving forward. Thank you for you time and support Jamie!!

We first met Jamie when we bought our house from him in 2019 We new straight away that he was the agent to resell our home 3 years later. From the start Jamie was invested in achieving a excellent price for our home and keeping us informed throughout the whole process. He always responded to my calls and txts to put my mind at ease thanks Jamie and Lughtons for a excellent outcome on the sale of our home 🏡 . We definitely recommend Jamie Barakat to sell your home you won’t be disappointed 😁🏡

Great work Jamie and Team. We are surprised, but grateful this house has sold quickly in this current market. Especially with the large number of houses for sale. The communication was A++ b4 and after the open homes. Great to see a early settlement. Ka pai.

I met Jamie while viewing one of the properties he was marketing. I liked the way he presented that home and so asked for an appraisal of mine. Jamie is a people person – a great communicator, a good listener and has an eye for detail helping people understand the little things that make a difference. He combines these with his professionalism and market knowledge to get the best outcome. In a climate where the media was all doom and gloom about the housing market, the sale was surprisingly quick. I certainly appreciated the detailed weekly marketing reports and frequent updates. Thank you, Jamie, for making the daunting task of selling a beloved home somewhat less stressful. I really enjoyed working with you.

We placed our family home of 48 years on the property market during a "rough" patch in the NZ economy. Jamie guided us professionally through this, ensured we were well prepared, kept our expectations focused and realistic and was unfailingly kind, communicative and optimistic. He is very approachable with an engaging character and this made working with him easy for everyone involved. We achieved a result that we are very happy with thanks to Jamie and the Lugtons team. We engaged him as our real estate agent because he was highly recommended to us by trusted friends. We now can return that favour by also recommending him to you.

Jamie has been amazing! His knowledge and expertise about the area, home and how I could lift it a little were so valuable. The communication and support through the whole process left me feeling at ease and I am so grateful. Thank you 😊

I chose Jamie because he has a good reputation very professional and and easy to deal with I respected his honest opinions and knew that he was going to be the best person to sell my first home,Jamie and team Barakat have been really good and easy to deal with,I really appreciated his wealth of knowledge and his strategy’s moving forward he sold my house quickly and got above the rv in a challenging market.thanks for all the hard work you and the team have put into selling my home! Will always recommend to others and definitely will go through team Barakat again in the future.

We chose Jamie to sell our home after a previous experience with him selling another property. We appreciated the high levels of communication right from the beginning. Gentle, realistic but honest evaluation of our property and any issues that might arise during the marketing of the house - both positive and negative. His appraisal of the property took into account our wishes and concerns. He walked us through all aspects of the marketing process and what would be involved. We felt no pressure to engage in marketing in a way that we would not be comfortable with. We valued his appraisals and feedback on all offers on our property, He listened to our feedback and we felt as though we were part of the team which resulted in a successful outcome of a sale. We would unhesitatingly recommend Jamie to market any property because of his commitment to work with us as vendors to achieve a sale.
