We purchased from Alice in Feb and it was a seamless easy transaction. She made the process so simple as I we were first home buyers and had no idea. Very welcoming and gave you space at the open home and even arranged for private viewing when we couldn't make the Open home. Nothing was a problem and Alice is very quick at communication with you with everything. Would highly recommend.
