I first met her at an open home I attended and she kept in touch with me resulting in me eventually buying my lovely home through another property she listed. She went out of her way to keep me informed throughout the process and has kept in touch afterwards too. I would recommend Alice to do a professional job.

Alice is a tenacious agent and very hard worker. Our challenges were with a system that suffered from a lack of transparency and misinformation. This led to a number of instances were we invested considerable time and money based on one set of expectations only to be left hanging and out of pocket. It also led to much frustration and unnecessary stress. It is difficult to pinpoint the exact reason for this but it seems to come in some cases from poor internal communications between the agents themselves (in this case within Metro). Other reasons seem to relate to the broader way the real estate market operates and applies to our experiences with other agencies - hence not wanting to negatively review Alice's efforts to harshly.
