I was referred to Alice from a work colleague in Queenstown who had sold his house in Dunedin with Alice. Alice was on board from when the house was first getting renovated 6 months prior to the sale. Alice was open to helping in any way from picking paint colors, floor coverings and suggesting to have the fire place powder coated. Looking back, getting in touch with Alice was one of the best things I did for the project's final outcome and result. Her knowledge of what was going to make a difference was very important. Alice was always just a phone call away if I had any concerns which was massive being 3 hours away from any potential problems. Nothing was ever too hard for Alice.

A very friendly and happy person to deal with and I didn’t feel pressurised by her to buy at any stage. If you are selling a house, she also does a great job staging a house.
