It was prudent to do as advised and to procede with sale despite the jumpy nerves around interest rates and the fact I was admitted to ACH acutely unwell Overall very satisfied with the end result despite the reduced price. Did not feel overly pressured. I felt it was unnecessary to ask me to vacate the tennant with 90 day notice and also to pay for property staging on my rental property. Most of all agents need to listen keenly to what their clients want, guage their knowledge of the market and listen to the clients experience of living and selling /buying property in the area. No one wants to be told how to suck eggs. VK did an excellent job.
