We worked with VK to sell our property. While we didn't achieve our desired sale price, we appreciate VK's consistent communication and responsiveness throughout the process. He were always prompt in returning calls and emails, and provided regular updates esp from open home in the weekends. The marketing materials were professionally done, and the open houses were well-organized. The marketing efforts were adequate, but we personal felt that the negotiation process could have been handled better. We received several offers below our asking price, and while we understand market fluctuations, we believe that more aggressive negotiation tactics could have been employed to achieve or get close to our asking price.

From start to finish I was kept informed and updated on buyer activity and feedback. I may not have liked some of the feedback but it was honest and enabled me to make a decsion to sell and not drag it out waiting for a price that was not realistic.
