Kellys a refreshing agent to work with. Historically every Real estat agent we've come across calls you after your open homes and starts running down the lists of problems people found, then a few weeks later they start contacting you about how the markets not reflective of asking price and provides the various issues people have found to start grinding down your expecations. Kelly didnt do that. She markted the property and if she felt she had someone interested she dropped a line and let us know what was happening, other than that there was no pressure, no special sales pitch to massage your asking price.
