Julie was such a pleasant voice at the end of the telephone when Helen and I went house-hunting from our seaside resort in rural Dunedin. She was proficient in describing the merits of a property that she had the exclusive listing for in The Lakes in Tauranga. Within hours and with the assistance of our friend Natalie who lives at the Lakes, we were able to purchase the property, sight unseen, after months of a fruitless search in the Bay of Plenty.
