We met Alyshia during our hunt for our first home. We attended a number of open homes for properties she had listed, and although they weren’t exactly what we were looking for she took the time to get to know us and what sort of property we were interested in. During the next few weeks she kept us informed of any listings that may be of interest for us and ultimately found us our dream home. We couldn’t be happier. She was accomodating and always happy to answer any questions. There was no BS during the negotiation phase and was able to clearly identify what the vendors price expectations were. We felt that she genuinely cared about helping us secure the home we had fallen in love with.
