Alyshia is very friendly and professional person at what she does. She has a great knowledge of the area and market plus ran a good campaign for us . At this time the market is very difficult, but Alyshia managed to sell our property which we are very thankful for.
Alyshia is such a good agent, so thoughtful and thinking of me all the time in how to make the process of selling my home as stress less as it could be. I would recommend Alyshia to anyone who was thinking of selling their home, as she is just such a competent and professional young lady.
Working with Alyshia was like having a secret weapon in the home-buying game. From day one, she was on top of things, making sure we didn’t get lost in the sea of paperwork and home tours. Alyshia was incredible when it came to negotiating, we felt like we had a pro in our corner at all times. And let’s not forget the late night emails. She was always there to respond, even when we sent our queries at what could only be described as "home-buying o’clock." It was clear that Alyshia was as invested in finding the perfect home as we were, and that level of dedication really made a difference. If you’re looking for someone who’s not only knowledgeable but also knows how to keep things light, Alyshia is your go-to. Thanks for making our home-buying journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible!
I cannot speak highly enough of Alyshia, selling a property resulting from a marriage breakdown is extremely stressful & something not all agents can handle well. Alyshia’s marketing knowlege & skill was presented in such a way that I instantly had great faith in her ability to work alongside me in a distressing situation. Not only did she act professionally, she was also caring & compassionate. I had the confidence that I could leave it all to Alyshia and everything would be under control - and it was! Alyshia is enthusiastic about working alongside her client and receiving the very best outcome for all concerned. I doubt whether any other Agent would have been able to handle this sale with the professional expertise exhibited by Alyshia.
Alyshia was absolutely amazing, after missing out on our first auction she did everything she could to make sure we got our dream house. 10/10
