Hard to fault the experience we had with Katie and Alyce from Harcourts Pauanui. Very helpful from the outset with information about the property and made sure we had all we needed leading into the auction. Kept calm and helpful during the auction with two of us both dialling in remotely and then showed great patience and persistence in the week long negotiations that followed. No issue when Katie called in Alyce to help and then managed to help us close out the deal. From meeting Alyce and Katie we were really impressed with their approach to selling our family bach in a tricky market.
