Hard to fault the experience we had with Katie and Alyce from Harcourts Pauanui. Very helpful from the outset with information about the property and made sure we had all we needed leading into the auction. Kept calm and helpful during the auction with two of us both dialling in remotely and then showed great patience and persistence in the week long negotiations that followed. No issue when Katie called in Alyce to help and then managed to help us close out the deal. Post purchase, went out of their way to assist with inspections and access and the occasional follow up query. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell in Pauanui!
From meeting Alyce and Katie we were really impressed with their approach to selling our family bach in a tricky market. Great advice on the marketing plan and advertising package and huge effort to make the sale happen to enable us to move on in the timeframe required in a difficult market. Always responsive to queries and knowledgeable on the legal process/documents which was helpful when our own conveyancing solicitor was not up to par. Our sudden decision to sell after finally finding a suitable property in our preferred location came at an inconvenient time...we were 2 days away from a 4 week overseas holiday. After the initial marketing campaign and no response or offers , we came up with a new marketing idea. This wasn't as successful as hoped, but Kate was on the ball and took people that were after other properties to view mine.
