Allyra was amazing throughout our house sale, from start to settlement. After our first meeting to discuss our options, everything moved quickly - within a few days we had a full appraisal, a plan of attack, and our photos booked in ready to go to market. She is an excellent communicator, explaining the different sales processes simply but with detail. She quickly thought of a direction to take for our sale, explained her reasonings behind it, based on current market data, and gave us space to think it over and make our decision. Once we went to market Allyra was proactive, flexibile for open homes and catch ups, and honest with all information and her findings throughout. Any questions we had she would answer promptly. On the final sale day she was present, involved and genuinely cared about all parties involved. We were super happy with the outcome and after the successful campaign she checked in to see how we were and to see if there was anything else we needed, going that extra mile even after the deed was done. We would 100% recommend working with Allyra to buy or sell a property in a heartbeat. She's professional, caring and good fun to work with in what can be an emotional experience.
