Started slow but went sold in 4 and a bit weeks. Allan was easy to deal with. Up front all the way and very willing to help. Great communication and professionalism.

Allan Toner was professional throughout the process. It would have been nice to also meet his wife too as they were working together to sell my house. However I did feel that once my property SOLD it was like I didn't exist, room for improvement there. Remember Vendors are your bread and butter, show them some love as well as the buyers. Technology also is a great tool although a phone call gives it that personal touch. Trust this feedback will help with future sales.

He probably knows about his job but experience was not up to our standards buyer comes to property why we where still packing no communication with buyer so not very good this why its taken me awhile to respond daughter waited for her payment???
