My partner and I have just bought our lovely first home with Allan as our buyers agent. This has been a dream process and honestly we could not recommend Allan enough. He is realistic, knows the market, and genuinely cares for his buyers. He got to know us and our wants and needs from a house with ease, and it shows in the final result! We are so happy with our purchase and Allan really made it possible from helping with paperwork, supporting us through the process, calming our nerves and negotiating on auction day. His building and EQC experience outside of real estate was also invaluable, he really gets down to the fine detail. An absolute fantastic guy, 100% would do again!

Honestly, it’s been such a pleasure getting to know you and Oliver through the whole process. Finding the right home certainly wasn’t easy, but you both showed a huge amount of patience and trust along the way, and when the right one came up, you were ready.
You did your homework, asked all the right questions and were incredibly thorough throughout the process, which meant come auction day you were well prepared and able to act when it mattered.
