After engaging with Allan Buckingham to sell our house with fabulous results, Allan then helped us to find our new home and once again exceeded all of our expectation's. Allan's on going support through the process of buying a new home was continuous, from looking at many property's on the market, to finding a property we love, to helping us to navigate the process of making an offer and completing all Due Diligence requirements. Allan's knowledge, commitment, communication and professionalism is incredible and we highly recommend Allan to anyone wanting to find their new home. Thank you so much for all your help through this process Allan. Your knowledge, commitment and understanding of what we were looking for in a new home was amazing and very much appreciated.

Alan organised brilliant photography from the very start of the campaign and he so thorough with the whole process of selling the property. Alan kept me informed with a friendly professional manner .

Allan brings a strong understanding of his clients properties and his transparency was refreshing.

Allan worked extremely hard to sell at times a challenging property , he regularly communicated with me keeping me updated with the sale , if it wasn’t for his tenacity and hard work and long hours , and Open Homes ,my property would still be unsold . I am extremely grateful for his commitment, he went above and beyond to get a great result for me , so a huge thank you to you Allan .

After more than 25 year since we last engaged with a Real Estate Agent, Allan Buckingham turned out to be an awesome choice for us. Allan has great communication skills with great knowledge of the market and what we wanted to achieve with the sale of our property. His weekly updates were always informative, letting us know how the property was going in the market and how the buyers see it. He went above and beyond what we expected from an agent, guiding us through every step making us feel comfortable with the whole process getting a fantastic result. We would highly recommend Allan to anyone seeking a Real Estate Agent who is highly motivated to achieve great results. Thank you Allan for all your hard work.
