The price recommendation was spot on and I don't think it was possible to do better at the time of sale. The sale strategy worked well given the condition of the NZ market and the property - a lot of potential buyers came through. Alistair's presentation indicated that he had a good appreciation of my situation, and had a well thought out marketing plan. He had a keen understanding of current market conditions and knew how to leverage the unique features of the house to generate buyer interest.
