I have dealt with Alison on both sides of the sale and purchase transaction. She is very experienced, enthusiastic, trustworthy and a great communicator. Alison goes above and beyond to get the best result for you but, always, with absolute integrity. Certainly all the qualities I look for in an agent. I would recommend Alison to anyone wanting to either sell their home or buy a new one. Thanks Ali

Alison made our purchase straight forward and hassle free. Guiding us through the process. Fantastic service. Thanks Ali.

Alison is a kind, caring and professional agent. Her knowledge of real estate and the South Taranaki market is exceptional. She got me 5 offers within a week on the market, and unconditional within two weeks. A experience made easy and amazing, can't fault Ali at all.

We couldn't rate Alison high enough and she did a great job at getting us a quick sale. We found her knowledge of Hawera and the property market very impressive, that matched with her advice and respectful manner we felt really looked after. Plus her quick responses to my many texted questions was much appreciated. We can't thank you enough.

So pleased to have Alison Smith as our agent, she was so professional, friendly and helpful in securing the sale of mum's house. Couldn't have gone smoother. Would highly recommend Ali to anyone looking to buy or sell. 10 stars!

When we first decided to sell our home we had no idea what the value/price would be, but Ali provided us with a comprehensive Market Appraisal and walked us through the selling process with such ease- nothing was a worry. We were absolutely over the moon when our home went to a multi-offer situation within two weeks of being listed, and we could not have done it without Ali, and the awesome team at First National. Thank you again from the De Souza Fam! :)

Alison guided us through the selling process ensuring we were going to achieve the best price possible by allowing time for a number of clients to access the property For viewings and an open home. This enabled a multi offer and we were SOLD within a fortnight. We were then able to move on and Purchase our new home. Again Alison provided a Fantastic stress free Service. Thanks heaps Ali it was a great experience.

When choosing an Agent to sell our home that we have loved for many years and have put some much work into, we only thought of one person- Ali! She not only got us multi-offers for our sale, but also helped keep us positive through the multi-offer situation when we were purchasing. She helped us sell a home we have loved and helped us find the home of our dreams- we cannot wait to move in. Thank you so much Ali- we could not be happier!
