What an absolute pleasure working with Ali from start to finish. Every thing easy and hassle free every step of the journey. Ali is a very experienced agent with all the knowledge, know how wrapped in a fresh approach to marketing. Had our home sold in just one short month. We couldn't have dreamed for a better experience. If your thinking of selling Ali's the lady to get the job done.
It was a great experience dealing with Alison with selling our section. She constantly updated us and we knew she had our best interests at the forefront. We will miss our catch ups and phone calls.
Alison actually sat back and listened to what we wanted and really delivered beyond what we expected The communication and transparency with the whole experience is absolutely incredible and we value everything she has done for us and would highly recommend her to anyone to help them find the house of their dreams She is extremely easy to talk to and is a lovely person inside and out
A good professional agent with local knowledge and a pleasure to deal with as she has an amazing personality and made this difficult journey run smoothly, very fast acting and left no stone unturned, an asset to the company.
We were happy to see that Alison was the agent for the home we were looking at. Alison has made the whole process of buying a home so simple. Friendly, knowledgeable and supportive, nothing seemed like any trouble. We would recommend Alison in a heartbeat.
A lot of potential buyers were brought around, even outside open homes. The advertising seemed to reach a wide market. The weekly feedback about how many people saw the house (open homes and outside these), their comments and whether they might be thinking about making an offer was useful. I also received good feedback and tips about the process and what I needed to do.
I would just like to share my experience when we sold our mums house after she had passed away in March. After previously being with another company and real estate agent we decided to change to Bayleys. At our first contact with Alison we found her to be very helpful and friendly and easy to talk to. Open homes were arranged and she always communicated with us before and immediately after to keep us in the loop. The whole process from the start until mums house was sold approx six weeks later was made easy for us with was very helpful. I would highly Recommend Alison to anyone thinking of selling their home from the experience we have had dealing with her!!!♥️
Ali was amazing to deal with. Kept me well informed and up to date. Knowledgeable and clear with all information around processes. A real pleasure to deal with from start to closing. Thank you Ali
