It's my opinion that Alison Rudd stood out as the person to market and sell the property. I met all the agents that were involved in the property and Alison really stood out for me. She has a genuine approachable, friendly nature. That coupled with her track record makes her formidable competition to any other agent in the area. So it was no surprise but definitely a pleasure to have the property sell within a week for more than the asking price.
