My dad, now in his 90s, is residing in a rest home. Alison’s integrity, compassion, and astute professionalism ensured the successful sale of his home, and the price achieved left him delighted with the results. I have no doubt the new owners would agree.
Alison handles everything professionally, gave updates with no delay, and kept the house looking the best it could. It was serendipty having her as our agent.

We found all aspects of Alison’s communication and professionalism of the highest order.
Alison has exceptional market knowledge, professional, very hard working and is a great communicator - always reporting back very quickly after open homes. Alison was the same agent I bought the property through a number of years prior to selling. Highly recommended.
As owners now living overseas, we needed an experienced, driven real estate professional we could trust who could (& would) take care of all aspects of the sale for us. Alison did that and more! We achieved a positive sale at auction and couldnt recommend Alison, her market knowledge & experience & the Harcourts Ferrymead Team more highly. Thanks Alison!
After having Alison involved in the selling of other properties on our behalf, we were happy to list this property with her. It was an unusual property being of mixed use, however Alison made a great job of presenting it to the market and explaining details to potential purchasers. We would again recommend Alison to any residential vendor.
Alison has a great knowledge of the local Real Estate market. Even better if Alison is unsure of a topic she goes and does her own research on it for the vendor's benefit. Alison is very hard working and is extremely prompt with reporting back after open homes etc. I am very comfortable to recommend Alison to any vendor.
It was a pleasure working with Alison on our house purchase. Her experience and approach to realestate make Alison a perfect role model for new agents.
