Alice kept us in the loop the whole way, always had open home when scheduled and knew the market well and was a strong negotiator, very realistic in a time when market was a bit slow but she was there and her approach and attitude stood out and we got a good result, highly recommend this lady to anyone selling a house, we can't fault her marketing skills in any way
