Alice was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout our purchasing experience. She tempered that with genuine care and understanding of our situation whilst always working foremost for the vendor we always felt we were taken care of too. First rate communication and integrity. Would work with Alice again in the future if we wanted to sell or buy. But not looking to as we love our house.
As with Mel Alice also kept in touch every step of the way.
Together with Mel Coleman they formed a formidable team. Alice's timely and professional advice was always of the highest standard. Alice and Mel genuinely cared about us. Alice was always punctual and kept us fully abreast of all matters in relation to our sale. Alice has a great sense of humour which goes well with her engaging personality. Extremely trustworthy. I highly recommend Alice.
Outstanding service, Alice is amazing she really understood what I needed. I am so grateful for her support through the process and even after
Was great communication helpful very quick with replies and responses as well as very polite and friendly. would certainly be happy to deal with these wonderful people again.
I can't speak highly enough of Mel and Alice as our real estate agents. Their professionalism, knowledge, integrity and hard work ethics were very much appreciated. The team aspect of these two meant communication was excellent no matter the time of day. We have and will continue to recommend them to all of our family and friends.
Alice was very professional during the whole sales process. She went above and beyond! I live out of town and she not only checked the house was up to standard prior to open homes but even went and found quotes for any repairs that needed fixing. She was amazing from start to end and I would definitely use her again!
Alice was truly dedicated to getting my property sold. The extra miles Alice went on more than one occasion are a testament to her character. Great team to have working for you. 100% recommend.
In a fast cooling property market, Alice continued to put in the effort to get us a sale - spending many hours at open homes, calling every possible lead etc. I would highly recommend Alice to anyone looking for an honest and realistic agent
Alice was friendly and very accommodating with answering our questions and concerns. Her dedication to keeping us updated was 100% consistent, when she said that she was going to send us paper work or information, we received it right away, every time. She was a true partner in the experience and worked very hard for us. There is always a bit of stress and work in these activities but Alice made it as painless as possible and was always kind and friendly in every interaction. I will not hesitate to recommend her to anyone in the process of buying or selling. She was an essential part in making this experience smooth and quick.
Alice is friendly, bright, and easy to get along with. She only wanted the best for us and brought excitement to the stressful process. We adored her. Fully recommend.
