Alice has the best communication. We are young and found while looking at the first few open homes the older real estate agents were rude towards us. We met Alice on an open home and she understood us, she made us feel welcome. We liked Alice as she respected us even for how young we are. She sent texts to check on us make sure we are okay, she even added cool emojis which for us was awesome and thoughtful. She puts a huge amount of effort into her work. We would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy a home.

Would like to acknowledge Alice for the professional and outstanding job she did selling our rental property. It was a quiet listing, so this made it a little bit more difficult. Alice never gave up on our house, and always kept us updated throughout the whole process. The sale was not straight forward due to the builders report, but throughout this time Alice reassured us and worked seamlessly through us and the buyers to achieve a positive result for both parties.
