We were selling Mum and Dad's family home after Dad passed away as we were going to be bringing Mum to live with us. Mum loved Alice the minute she walked in the door. She knew the market extremely well and knew what we needed to do to get the best results and value when getting the property ready for market, without spending too much money!! Her communication and negotiating skills were exceptional and we really felt we could trust in the process with Alice. I would recommend her to anyone that was looking to sell, buy or just wanting to get some honest advice.
