I was impressed with everything Alice did and there is nothing that could be faulted in what ended up as a complex sale for many reasons. Alice communicated well, not too much but just enough to keep me in the loop with the sales process. This sale was not a standard real estate assignment and I feel most agents would not have been able to go above and beyond what Alice did and get a result at the end of it. I suppose the best way to describe how I felt about Alices work is to say she will be the first person I will call when I next need a house put on the market.
