Working with Alice O'Styke of Tommy's Real Estate to sell our apartment in Wellington, was excellent. She helped us through every stage of the process. She has very good problem solving skills. She made everything a breeze for us as the sellers. Our tenants moved out on the 19th of Feb, 2023. Alice organised for cleaners, staging, photography, accessing and clearing storage space and much more. The Unit went live on the web for Sale on the 23 of Feb. Open houses were organised for that weekend. The property was sold on the 3 May 2023. Brilliant effort to sell in the current market climate.
